SPRING 2026 SELECT
The interest list for 2026 Spring Select is now active. While the cut off to signing up is Evaluation Day (January 11, 2026), signing up early helps us plan for additional teams. Please remember that adding your name to the interest list does not guarantee your child a spot on a team.
Select is a USA Softball program offering players additional and more competitive reps on Sundays during the Spring Rec Season. There will be two tournaments, one usually on a Saturday/Sunday at the end of January before the rec season starts and one on consecutive Sundays towards the end of March. These tournaments sometimes have limited entries, if that is the case the priority will be given to the Red Teams.
All players signing up for Select must play in Spring Rec at WVGS
Any player participating in Travel Ball after January 1 will be considered ineligible for Spring Select. That includes practices, games and clinics.
Select for the Spring 2026 runs from January 18th to April 5th on Sundays, these Sundays will either be Friendlies, Tournament Games or Practice. The coach will be responsible for setting the schedule.
Our goal is to field two teams in 12u, two in 10u and two in 8u. If the numbers are there for a 3rd team and we are able to find a manager, we will do our best to field another team or at least create a practice squad.
The enrollment cost for Select is $170. This price includes participation in two tournaments, and umpire fees for friendlies. If your daughter does not have a select shirt, or needs to purchase a new shirt, that will be an additional cost. Enrollment fees will be added to Team Sideline accounts and must be paid before participating in a select event.
