Our current outfield fencing is worn and outdated. All donations on our Zeffy site will receive an emailed receipt with our tax donation ID information.  We are registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

CURRENT PLAYER INCENTIVES

Current players at WVGS can receive up to a year of free rec registration (Spring & Fall 2026) if they are able to secure donations totaling over $1,500 dollars.

BUISNESS DONORS

Donors who contribute $500 or more will receive sponsorship banners on the field of their choice.

Donors who contribute $5,000 or more will have the opportunity to name one of our softball fields in recognition of your support.
