West Valley Girls Softball (WVGS) is an ASA-affiliated "B" recreational fastpitch softball league. We are a non-profit organization operated by volunteers.

The purpose of our organization is to achieve the following goals:

• Provide an organized, recreational softball program for the players.
• Provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for the players who participate in the program.
• Develop softball skills and gain an appreciation and knowledge of the game.
• Develop good sportsmanship.
• Develop the qualities of citizenship and leadership through the game of softball.
• Promote physical fitness for the players.

Divisions start at age 5 (T-Ball Division) and run through age 17 (Major Division). WVGS also has a women’s division (18+).

WVGS also fields Tournament Teams to compete against other leagues in Southern California that can culminate in State, Regional and National competition.

Our league focuses on both teaching softball fundamentals and having FUN!
